  • 1. What days does The Piano School operate?
    We are open seven days a week, all year round — no holidays.

    2. When is the fee due?
    Fees must be paid at least one day before your session begins. Payments are to be transferred electronically.

    3. Can I reschedule a class?
    Yes. You must inform your teacher at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Exceptions are made only for medical issues or unforeseen emergencies.

    4. How long do I have to complete my classes?
    Each 12- or 24-class package must be completed within
    three months from the start date.

    5. What happens if I miss a class?
    If you miss a class, it's your responsibility to contact the teacher
    before the session ends to reschedule. If you don’t, the class is forfeited and the next session’s fee will still be due as planned.

    6. How is feedback provided?
    Feedback is given if a student’s progress falls short of expectations. However, parents can request feedback
    at any time by contacting the teacher through their preferred method.
